Description:
Role Summary
The Org Development Consultant will lead change management and organizational development initiatives, supporting organizational transformation, process improvement, leadership effectiveness, and strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead change management and organizational development initiatives.
· Assess change impacts, risks, and stakeholder needs.
· Develop change management and communication plans.
· Create communications, presentations, FAQs, and training materials.
· Coordinate training, workshops, meetings, and focus groups.
· Support reorganization, organizational design, reengineering, and process improvement initiatives.
· Coach and train managers on leadership and organizational effectiveness.
· Manage strategic projects from design through implementation.
· Prepare progress reports, status updates, and change documentation.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Requirements
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, HR, or a related field.
· Strong experience in Change Management and Organizational Development.
· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
· Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to work independently and manage complex initiatives.
· Experience with change management, collaboration, and technology tools.
