Organizational Change Management Consultant (M&A)

Our client, a water technology provider, is seeking an Organizational Change Management Consultant for a 12 month contract opportunity.

This role is fully remote and must be able to work 8:30-5:00pm Eastern US hours. Candidates must reside in the United States. No C2C or sponsorship available.

Overview:
Develops and implements change management strategies to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative, and devises plans that maximize employee acceptance and usage and minimize resistance.

This role will support the full M&A lifecycle. Assures projects relating to change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. Focuses on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organization structures. Promotes speedy adoption, more employee utilization, and proficiency with the changes that impact employees. 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of change management experience.
• May consider 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree.
• Relevant experience delivering change management at a global company.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience delivering and leading organizational change management for mergers and acquisitions.
• Must write and speak English fluently.
• Prosci change management certification preferred.

Pay Rate- $67- $69/hour
