Organizational Development Specialist

Job Summary:

Responsible for planning and facilitating training and leadership development initiatives in support of the Parkview Health mission, vision, and strategies. Serves as an internal consultant, and partners with other HR staff members in providing training and leadership development for leaders across PH.

Education:

BS degree in Organizational Development, Education, Human Resources, Business Management or other related field is required. Masters degree is preferred.

License & Cert:

Certifications required within one year of hire: Current Curriculum Certifications. Addendums are required for 0153 Nurse Leader, 0249 Registry RN, 0252 Registered Nurse, 0235 Advanced Registered Nurse, and 0236 Expert Registered Nurse. Experience:

Must have 3‐5 years experience in organizational development or in a leadership/management role.

Other Qualifications:

Demonstrates ability to establish and maintain effective interface with all levels of the organization.
