Traveling Orthodontic Assistant
Are you an experienced Orthodontic Assistant who enjoys variety, working with great teams, and making a positive impact on patients' smiles? We're looking for a dependable, energetic Traveling Orthodontic Assistant to support multiple office locations while delivering exceptional orthodontic care.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys traveling between offices, and is passionate about providing outstanding patient experiences.
What You'll Do:
- Assist the orthodontist during patient procedures.
- Prepare, sterilize, and organize instruments and operatories.
- Take digital x-rays, records, photographs, and impressions as needed.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and orthodontic treatment.
- Ensure treatment rooms are fully stocked and ready for each patient.
- Support efficient clinical operations across multiple office locations.
- Deliver excellent customer service while creating a welcoming patient experience.
Required Qualifications:
- Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license.
- Current CPR/BLS Certification.
- 1–2 years of orthodontic assisting experience required.
- Ability and willingness to travel between multiple office locations.
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience with Dolphin practice management software
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- A monthly travel allowance is provided.
