What You'll Do

• Provide inpatient orthopaedic hand surgery coverage during scheduled call shifts
• Respond to emergent hand trauma and surgical consultations
• Collaborate with facility staff to coordinate patient care
• Participate in 24-hour call coverage, including back-up and on-call procedures
• Ensure timely surgical intervention when required
• Adhere to state and federal guidelines, clinical protocols, and safety standards

What You Need

• Valid and active medical license in Washington
• DEA registration
• Board Certification in Orthopedic Surgery with fellowship in Hand Surgery
• Experience with inpatient hand surgeries
• Comfort working in a call-only, inpatient setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Previous experience in a hospital or trauma setting
• Ability to adapt quickly to evolving clinical environments
