Fairchild Medical Center is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join a growing orthopedic practice in Northern California. This is an opportunity to build a busy surgical practice with dedicated operating room access, strong clinical support, and a balanced schedule that allows physicians to focus on both operative and clinical care.

Compensation & Benefits
Total 2-Year Guaranteed Compensation (Base + Productivity): $808,852 annually
Four-year employment agreement
Sign-on bonus: $100,000
Relocation assistance: $15,000
Student loan repayment: $100,000 per contract term

Schedule & Practice Structure
Proposed schedule: 4.5 days per week
Clinic hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Typical physician schedule:
2 clinic days per week
2 operating room days per week
Average clinic volume: 14-18 patients per day

Call Responsibilities
Shared 1:3 call schedule
