<\/h2>Join an established, high-volume orthopedic trauma program in Mesa, Arizona, supporting fellowship-trained orthopedic trauma surgeons. You'll deliver a true mix of inpatient, operative, and perioperative care - collaborating daily with trauma services, emergency medicine, nursing, and rehab teams to get patients back on their feet, faster.

<\/p>• <\/span><\/span><\/span>Combination of weekday, weekend, and holiday coverage
<\/p>What You'll Do
<\/h2><\/div>• <\/span><\/span><\/span>Evaluate and manage orthopedic trauma patients in the emergency department and inpatient setting
<\/p>• <\/span><\/span><\/span>Round on hospitalized patients and provide daily management
<\/p>• <\/span><\/span><\/span>Assist orthopedic trauma surgeons in the operating room
<\/p>• <\/span><\/span><\/span>Perform post-operative care, dressing changes, splinting, casting, and fracture management within scope of practice
<\/p>• <\/span><\/span><\/span>Coordinate patient discharges and follow-up care
<\/p>• <\/span><\/span><\/span>Document patient encounters and communicate treatment plans with the multidisciplinary team
<\/p>• <\/span><\/span><\/span>Participate in weekend and holiday coverage as scheduled
<\/p>What You Bring to the Team
<\/h2><\/div>• <\/span><\/span><\/span>Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
<\/p>• <\/span><\/span><\/span>Current or eligible Arizona PA or NP license
<\/p>• <\/span><\/span><\/span>NCCPA certification (PA) or national NP certification
<\/p>• <\/span><\/span><\/span>Orthopedic, trauma, surgery, or emergency medicine experience preferred
<\/p>• <\/span><\/span><\/span>Operating room experience preferred
<\/p>• <\/span><\/span><\/span>Eligible for hospital credentialing and privileges
