Responsibilities
• Provide all-source intelligence analysis and production in support of offensive and defensive cyberspace operations.
• Integrate OSINT, SIGINT, and other intelligence disciplines to develop comprehensive cyber intelligence assessments and products.
• Conduct Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (IPOE) and support the Intelligence Preparation of the Battlespace (IPB) process.
• Support the Joint Targeting Process through target system analysis, intelligence research, and production.
• Develop daily analytical briefings, pattern and trend analysis, intelligence assessments, guides, and other mission-focused products.
• Develop and respond to Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs), Source Directed Requirements (SDRs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and other collection requirements.
• Evaluate intelligence reporting and provide formal feedback to reporting authors and sources.
• Collaborate with DoD, Intelligence Community, and external cyber intelligence organizations to integrate intelligence into operational planning.
• Participate in intelligence exchanges, conferences, working groups, and meetings with higher and adjacent headquarters.
• Produce white papers, presentations, meeting notes, and briefings to communicate analytical findings and support decision-making. Qualifications
• Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
• Associate's degree and 4+ years of intelligence analysis experience, Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of intelligence analysis experience, or 6+ years of intelligence analysis experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience producing joint and interagency all-source intelligence products and integrating multiple intelligence disciplines, including OSINT and SIGINT.
• Experience with intelligence planning, IPOE, intelligence operations, and Joint Collection Management Boards (JCMBs).
• Experience supporting IPBs, PIRs, SDRs, RFIs, and intelligence production requirements.
• Experience collaborating with external cyber intelligence organizations.
• Knowledge of military intelligence analysis, the intelligence cycle, and its role in operational planning and execution.
• Ability to develop clear intelligence assessments, reports, and briefings for operational and leadership audiences. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with intelligence tools such as Analyst Notebook, TargetProfiler, DataXplorer, GeoXplorer, LinkXplorer, DEVNAV, UTT, or XKeyScore.
• Knowledge of cyberspace operations, computer network defense, cyber threats, and national-level cyber intelligence missions.
• Knowledge of DoD analytical writing standards and cyber intelligence production.
• Experience applying qualitative and quantitative methodologies to intelligence analysis.
• Experience providing all-source intelligence assessments focused on the cyberspace domain.
• Master's degree.
