Description
Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements related to existing OT (Operational Technology) systems across multiple sites.
Conduct in-depth analysis of operational processes and OT systems to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Perform cross-facility requirements analysis to ensure documentation and specifications support a unified, comprehensive OT strategy.
Develop and recommend strategies for a long-term roadmap to optimize OT systems across in-scope facilities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Create detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, system specifications, and contribute to roadmap/recommendation presentations.
Stay current with industry trends, standards, and best practices in OT and business analysis.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to troubleshooting, wiring, and networking activities.
Develop procedures and task instructions to support consistent operations and system maintenance.
Must Have
Proven experience gathering and analyzing business requirements for Operational Technology (OT) systems across multiple sites/facilities.
Strong knowledge of OT environments, industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, PLCs, and networking fundamentals.
Hands-on experience with troubleshooting, wiring, and networking in OT/industrial settings.
Ability to document and develop business requirements, process flows, system specifications, and procedures.
Experience conducting cross-facility/process analysis to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
