Join Our Dynamic Inpatient Rehab Team as an Occupational Therapist!

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation department, providing expert care to diverse patient populations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. What You'll Need to Succeed:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist in an acute hospital setting
  • Current State OT license and BLS certification
  • Proficiency in charting with Cerner electronic medical records
  • Ability to evaluate, develop, and implement personalized plans of care
  • Strong assessment skills for patients across all acuity levels, including ICU to progressive care units
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work a Monday - Friday schedule with one weekend day per month

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Manual Therapy, Lymphedema certifications/licenses
  • Experience with Cerner EMR system
  • Knowledge of inpatient rehab protocols for conditions such as cardiac procedures, stroke, TBI, joint replacements, respiratory illnesses, dementia, MS, Parkinson’s, and mobility assessments

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • At least 1 year of inpatient acute rehab experience
  • Familiarity with inpatient rehab team dynamics and multidisciplinary collaboration

Other Requirements:
  • Ability to work a day shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Scrub color: Royal Blue; Black shoes
  • This position requires travel within inpatient units and adherence to hospital policies
