    Job Summary
    We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in a full-time capacity. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in assessing patient needs, developing personalized care plans, and facilitating rehabilitation to improve functional independence.     • Assist patients with discharge planning by coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions between care levels.
    • Provide therapeutic interventions tailored to specific populations such as geriatrics, and patients recovering from injury or illness.
    • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate documentation, case management, and adherence to medical terminology and physiology principles.
    • Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, safety measures, and adaptive techniques for ongoing support beyond clinical settings.
    • Maintain detailed records of patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.

    Skills

    • Proficiency in assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) and developing effective care plans tailored to individual needs.
    • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and functional assessment techniques.
    • Ability to manage case loads efficiently while providing compassionate patient care across multiple disciplines including speech therapy when applicable.
    • Skilled in discharge planning, case management, and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient support.
    • Knowledge of occupational health standards and safety protocols relevant to various clinical settings.
