About the Role:
Physical 4 U Inc is looking for a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing team in Miami Lakes, FL! Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and functional abilities to develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve patients' daily living and functional skills
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes in compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including PTs, SLPs, and physicians to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, adaptive techniques, and home programs
• Recommend and fit adaptive equipment and assistive devices as needed
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations and standards of practice

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Florida state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (or eligibility to obtain)
• NBCOT certification required or in process
• Previous clinical experience in outpatient, rehabilitation, or similar setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of occupational therapy evaluation and treatment techniques
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
