Akkodis is seeking an OT Network Design Engineer for a Contract with a client in Findlay, OH/ San Antonio, TX/ Denver, CO/ Pittsburgh, PA. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in finance data and analytics, including SQL, dimensional modeling, and designing reconciliation controls to ensure data accuracy across Oracle finance platforms and enterprise reporting environments.

Rate Range: $52/Hour to $80/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• TX: $52-$75

• OH: $53-$70

• CO: $56-$75

• PA: $58-$80

OT Network Design Engineer Job Responsibilities include:

• Design, implement, and maintain secure OT and enterprise network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, and SD-WAN environments.
• Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, and network segmentation technologies to ensure reliable connectivity.
• Monitor network performance using tools such as SolarWinds and Wireshark, proactively identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.
• Troubleshoot network outages, routing issues, and connectivity problems involving BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and TCP/IP protocols.
• Conduct network traffic analysis, fault investigations, and performance optimization to improve network resilience and availability.
• Enforce network security policies, access controls, firewall configurations, and patch management to protect critical operational technology environments.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise and OT network environments.
• Expert-level knowledge of routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP, with strong experience in SD-WAN technologies.
• Proven experience managing and securing network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, network segmentation, and performance optimization.

Pay Details: $52.00 to $80.00 per hour
