We are hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a PRN role in our skilled nursing facility. This role offers flexibility while allowing you to make a direct impact on residents' daily function and independence.
Role Overview:
- Assess residents and establish treatment goals
- Provide therapy focused on ADLs, cognitive skills, and upper body function
- Supervise and guide COTA staff
- Adjust treatment plans based on patient response
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation
