As a Lead Product Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving product excellence within our organization. Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Facets Workflow Subject Matter Expert at the Senior or Manager level to lead workflow analysis, solution design, and implementation activities for healthcare payer administration systems using the Facets platform. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of health plan business processes, Facets functionality and configuration, and end-to-end operations workflows. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholder, technology teams, configuration teams and system integration teams to ensure that the business requirements are translated into scalable, efficient, and integrated Facets solution. This role requires strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify workflow gaps, resolve cross-functional dependencies, minimize configuration defects, and drive successful implementation outcomes.
