We are seeking a a Pediatric Otolaryngologist to join our established team of 6 Pediatric ENT Surgeons Advance Practice Providers and Audiologists to provide comprehensive medical and surgical care for infants children and adolescents with disorders of the ear nose throat head and neck. This role emphasizes compassionate family-centered evidence-based care across ambulatory inpatient and surgical settings. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and manage a full spectrum of pediatric ENT conditions from routine disorders to complex congenital anomalies. Provide inpatient and emergency consult coverage including surgical emergencies as part of the on-call rotation. Perform surgeries and manage all postoperative care and outcomes monitoring in alignment with division quality standards. Collaborate closely with advanced practice providers and multidisciplinary teams audiology speech pathology craniofacial aerodigestive vascular anomalies cochlear implant endocrinethyroid trachvent and other specialty programs. Participate in ambulatory clinics at the main campus and satellite locations. Engage in departmental and divisional activities including peer review quality and safety initiatives and meetings. Contribute to medical education for medical students and ENT residents and participate in community and internal educational activities. Opportunities for involvement in research program development leadership and multidisciplinary clinical programs based on individual interests. Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school. Completion of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery residency. Fellowship training in Pediatric Otolaryngology ACGME-accredited U.S. or Canada. Board certified or board eligible by the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. Eligibility for Ohio medical licensure and active DEA certification. Strong clinical expertise teamwork skills professionalism and commitment to diversity equity and patient advocacy.
