• Over 60 primary care physicians - internal referrals
• Audiologists within the department, speech therapists
• Clinic and OR schedule
• Market based 2-year guarantee followed by RVU based production pay plan - $431,000-$539,000 annually dependent on 0.8 - 1.0 FTE
