What You'll Do as an Occupational Therapist

As a valued member of our rehabilitation team, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in residents' lives every day.

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving independence and daily living skills.

• Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions to improve functional mobility, strength, coordination, and self-care abilities.

• Help residents regain confidence and maximize their independence.

• Collaborate with physical therapists, speech therapists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on strategies to support continued progress.

What We're Looking For

Our ideal Occupational Therapist is compassionate, motivated, and committed to delivering excellent resident-centered care.

• Current Ohio Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.

• Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.

• A passion for helping residents achieve their highest level of independence.

• New graduates and experienced Occupational Therapists are encouraged to apply!
