Outbound Call Center Client Care Representative | San Diego, CA
HVAC & Plumbing
Make a high volume of outbound calls, follow up on sales opportunities and help coordinate service appointments. You will support customers through emergency and non-emergency requests while keeping technicians and the office informed.
Compensation & Benefits
• $25–$35 per hour plus bonuses, based on experience and performance.

Outbound Calling & Sales
• Follow up on sales leads, lists, outstanding proposals and repair quotes.
• Use client databases for outbound phone, mail, text and email campaigns.
• Manage ongoing opportunities, focusing on service agreements and new equipment.
• Sell, renew and expand renewable service agreements with new and existing customers.
Dispatch & Customer Care
• Receive service requests, relay messages and track vehicles.
• Manage the dispatch board and scheduling to maximize productivity and revenue while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Follow the “Dispatching for Profits Priority Service Schedule” to send the right technician to each appointment.
• Help ensure technicians arrive on time and notify clients in advance if an arrival window cannot be met.
• Reschedule appointments at the client's convenience when needed.
• Debrief technicians after jobs to identify outstanding customer satisfaction issues.
• Communicate accurate information promptly and remain calm during emergency situations.
Required Qualifications
• Outbound lead-calling experience and phone sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good computer software skills and fast typing with data-entry experience.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Strong organization, multitasking, active listening and communication skills.
• Ability to take appropriate action with little supervision and stay composed under pressure.
