Salary Range: $56000.00 - $88000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Proactively reach out to potential clients to explain how our insurance products can provide them with peace of mind.

Follow up on warm leads to discuss coverage options and offer personalized quotes that fit individual needs.

Manage your daily workflow to ensure consistent outreach and follow-up activities.

Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions within our agency database.

Collaborate with the rest of the team to identify new opportunities for community outreach and growth.

Uphold the high standards of service our clients expect by being attentive, patient, and thorough in every conversation.

Active Mississippi Property & Casualty insurance license.

Proven track record of success in phone-based sales environments.

Clear and persuasive verbal communication skills.

Computer literacy with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience with Allstate systems or similar insurance platforms is a plus.

Residency in or near Southaven, Mississippi.
