Premier Global Links LLC is recruiting on behalf of a confidential, high-growth accounting technology company that helps accounting firms and bookkeepers streamline financial close workflows through AI-powered software.
We are seeking a motivated, energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to connect with bookkeeping and accounting professionals, introduce them to the platform, and generate qualified product demos. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research prospective customers, including bookkeepers and accounting firms.
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and social media.
- Aim for approximately 80 outbound calls per day while maintaining quality conversations.
- Write engaging, personalized outreach messages that generate responses and demo bookings.
- Explain the product's value and qualify prospects based on their needs.
- Schedule qualified product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate prospect records and outreach activity in the CRM.
- Learn the product, target market, and sales process while consistently working toward performance goals.
- Collaborate with teammates and incorporate coaching to improve results.
Required Qualifications
- Strong interest in sales, business development, and technology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable making frequent cold calls and handling outbound prospecting.
- Resilient, organized, coachable, and motivated by measurable goals.
- Ability to learn new products quickly and communicate their value clearly.
- Evidence of commitment and responsibility through work, academic activities, leadership roles, athletics, or extracurricular involvement.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to work remotely from an eligible U.S. location.
Previous sales experience is not required.Recent graduates and career changers are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in sales development, lead generation, or customer-facing roles.
- Background in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or business.
- Previous success meeting measurable targets or exceeding performance goals.
- Familiarity with accounting software or platforms such as QuickBooks Online or Xero.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary of $50,000 per year.
- Target OTE of approximately $74,000 per year, including performance-based commissions.
