About the Role
We're seeking licensed or pre-licensed therapists who are passionate about expanding access to high-quality mental health care. Clinicians have opportunities to provide individual, family, group, and telehealth services while working with a diverse client population.
Preferred Licensure
- LPC or associate-level LPC
- LCSW or associate-level social work licensure
- LMFT or associate-level LMFT
- Pre-licensed clinicians actively pursuing full licensure are encouraged to apply
What You'll Do
- Complete diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide high-quality, client-centered therapy services
- Maintain a caseload of 25+ sessions per week for full-time clinicians
- Complete clinical documentation accurately and on time
- Coordinate care with families, providers, schools, case managers, and community supports as needed
- Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and training opportunities
- Use creative interventions to help clients achieve meaningful goals
- Support the overall mission and success of the clinic
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution
- Active clinical license or associate/pre-licensed status in your designated field
- 2+ years of clinical therapy experience preferred
- Experience completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries
- Ability to complete documentation in a timely manner
- Comfort working with diverse populations
- Proficiency with Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems
- Valant experience is a plus
- Insurance credentialing experience preferred for fully licensed clinicians
- Ability to successfully complete required background screening
