Job Overview-Occupational Therapist: Provide skilled occupational therapy to patients with various diagnoses and disabilities. Evaluate patients' physical and age-related needs to develop individualized treatment plans. Use professional judgment to help patients achieve maximum independence according to their functional level and potential. Conduct patient/client evaluations, develop treatment plans, and perform therapeutic interventions. Collaborate with healthcare teams through professional consultations to optimize patient care. Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress. Comply with applicable healthcare regulations and standards. This is a 0.9 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) position working days. Eligible candidates receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus based on qualifications and payment conditions. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program or equivalent education/experience. Occasional specialized occupational therapy training may be required to meet departmental needs. Valid Oregon Occupational Therapist License at hire.
