GENERAL SUMMARY: The purpose of this position is to help achieve cost effective, results oriented and customer focus manner pharmaceutical services by performing these duties in a highly confidential manner, in accordance with the mission, values and behaviors of Insight Chicago Pharmacy.. The pharmacy lead technician, under the supervision of a Registered Pharmacist shall prepare medications, order, receive and maintain a perpetual inventory (maintains and established PAR levels). These duties are to be performed in a highly confidential manner, in accordance with the mission, values and behaviors of Insight Chicago Hospital. Employees are further expected to provide a high quality of care, service, and kindness toward all patients, staff, physicians, volunteers and guests. DESCRIPTION: Duties and Responsibilities: Assists the Registered Pharmacist in providing and dispensing and other health care products.
