Job Summary

We are seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitation services to neuro, orthopedic, and medically complex patients in an acute hospital outpatient setting. The therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and educate patients and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation.

• Treat conditions involving spinal injuries, joint replacements, post-operative recovery, stroke, Parkinson's disease, MS, and traumatic brain injuries.

• Develop home exercise programs and educate patients and families.

• Document patient care accurately using Epic.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience.

• Active Alaska PT license required; pending license accepted.

• BLS certification required.

• Epic experience required.

• First-time travelers accepted.

• Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility.

• Day shift; no on-call. Some Saturdays may be required.
