Position Overview

We’re seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic in Encino, California.

Our team helps patients restore function, manage pain, and return to the activities that matter to them. We provide care across orthopedics, chronic pain, breast cancer rehabilitation, lymphedema, pelvic health, and aquatic therapy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, including medical histories and physical examinations
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals
• Evaluate and treat orthopedic, musculoskeletal, sports-related, and post-surgical conditions
• Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education tailored to individual needs
• Help patients improve strength, flexibility, mobility, and functional independence
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic and payer requirements
• Coordinate care with referring physicians, including orthopedists, surgeons, and primary care providers

Minimum Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
• Active California Physical Therapist license, or eligibility for licensure with a licensing exam date already scheduled
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and patient education skills
• Commitment to individualized care and collaborative practice
• Outpatient orthopedic clinical experience preferred
• New graduates encouraged to apply

Interest in pelvic health, lymphedema, chronic pain, or aquatic therapy is a plus.
