Candidate Requirements

We are seeking dedicated physicians to join our collaborative group. This position is open to:

• General Psychiatrists (Board Certified or Board Eligible)
• Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists (Board Certified or Board Eligible)
• Both experienced providers and final-year residents/fellows are welcome to apply.

• Partnership Track: Available for interested candidates starting in the 3rd year of employment.
• In-House Credentialing Department: Dedicated team handles seamless onboarding with major insurance carriers and keeps physicians fully on track with all licensure and CME requirements.
• 100% Outpatient: Focus on high-functioning private clinic conditions (Mood disorders, Anxiety, ADHD). No inpatient responsibilities.
• Minimal Call: Light, equitable phone-only rotation (rarely exceeding 1-2 calls per evening).
• Turnkey Transition: We make it seamless to transition from residency/fellowship training into private practice.
• Culture: A highly stable, collaborative, and drama-free clinical environment.
