The Opportunity
We are expanding and seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our dynamic team. This is a meaningful leadership role that blends direct clinical work with team management and is ideal for an experienced psychologist who is passionate about quality care and collaborative culture. You will have the flexibility of a hybrid schedule and access to a supportive team invested in both patient outcomes and clinician wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer comprehensive psychological and neurocognitive assessments in-person and via telehealth
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and behavioral management in a hybrid care model
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic, patient-centered outcomes
- Lead and mentor a dedicated clinical team; oversee department logistics and staffing support
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation in our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system
- Manage and maintain testing materials inventory and ensure resources remain current
Required Qualifications
- Doctoral degree (PhD, PsyD, or equivalent) in clinical or counseling psychology from an accredited institution
- Active or eligible Texas state licensure as a Psychologist
- Experience working with adult and/or geriatric populations in outpatient settings
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and team management skills
- Private, quiet home workspace suitable for conducting telehealth sessions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI)
- Background in neurocognitive or neuropsychological testing
- Bilingual skills (Spanish preferred but not required)

Schedule
Monday through Friday. Hybrid model with both in-person (Houston, TX clinic) and remote telehealth sessions. Exact schedule to be discussed during the interview process.
