Outpatient Rehab Manager

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:

Job Summary:

• Performs managerial work providing guidance in strategic operations.
• Work involves utilizing policy and procedures, establishing priorities, are standards, coordinating and evaluating activities; organizing, supervising, developing business office procedures and processes.
• Works under general direction with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.

Reports: Director/Rehab

 

Supervises: Information Systems Coordinator, Office Coordinator/Rehab

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY:

Required Education:

• Minimum: Completed College Courses related to Healthcare or Management.
• Preferred: A.A. with coursework in Business or Finance.

Required Experience:

• Minimum: 2 years in a medical practice setting, with experience in budget development/adherence and quality improvement processes.

Preferred Experience:

• Preferred: 4 years in a medical practice setting, with above experience plus human resources management, (hiring/firing) and medical records related to medical billing.

• None
