Outpatient Rehabilitation Physical Therapist

A hospital in Benton, AR is seeking a mid-level Physical Therapist to join its outpatient rehabilitation department. This is an in-person, on-site position that does not require travel, and visa sponsorship is not available.

The role. The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient rehabilitation setting, developing and implementing individualized care plans. The position requires the ability to exercise decisive clinical judgment, work with minimal supervision, and respond appropriately in a stressful environment.

What we're looking for.

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Physical Therapist license in the state of Arkansas
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, to be obtained within 30 days of hire
• Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action

Compensation. $93,600 - $114,400 per year
