About This Position
The Outreach Manager plays a critical role in advancing Kelloggs Executive MBA enrolment goals through the design and execution of high-impact events, communications, and engagement strategies. This position serves as the operational lead for a portfolio of recruiting and yield events, both virtual and on-campus.
Working closely with admissions leadership, students, alumni, and external partners, the Outreach Manager combines strategic thinking, meticulous project management, and technology-driven solutions to deliver exceptional prospective student experiences.
We are seeking a highly organized, self-directed professional who enjoys both strategic planning and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate is energized by managing complex projects, leveraging technology to improve processes, and creating exceptional experiences for prospective students and stakeholders. Success in this role requires initiative, attention to detail, strong judgment, and the ability to independently manage multiple priorities while collaborating effectively across teams.

Target hiring range for this position will be $60,000 - $65,000 per year. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
