Outside Parts Sales

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Outside Parts Sales Representative to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with fleet customers, owner-operators, repair facilities, municipalities, and other commercial accounts to increase parts sales and market share. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong sales skills, industry knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Preferred Experience

• Knowledge of Volvo, Mack, Hino, Isuzu, and other commercial truck parts.
• Existing relationships within the trucking, fleet, construction, agriculture, or transportation industries.
• Understanding of inventory management and parts operations.
• 3+ years of outside sales experience preferred.
• Heavy-duty truck, commercial vehicle, transportation, diesel, or parts industry experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel throughout assigned territory and conduct frequent customer visits.
