As our newest insurance sales representative you will sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers.

You will build relationships, network & cultivate referral partnerships to build your book of business.

You should have high levels of energy, be a natural extrovert and have be persistent with your follow up!

As a full-time sales representative you will help individuals, families, and small business owners protect what they love and value most and make a real impact on your community.

Salary Range: $78000.00 - $160500.00 per year

Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities

• Develop ongoing networking relationships with CPAs, Property Managers, Commercial Realtors, Commercial Lenders, etc
• Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

• Driven and goal-oriented individual. with successful sales background & career minded vision
• Must be awesome at opening doors, getting appointments and creating relationships from a cold start.
• A terrific presenter and communicator, and a barracuda closer.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Demonstrate charisma & be equipped with excellent interpersonal skills
