About the OpportunityJendco Safety Supply is looking for a hands-on Outside Sales Manager to lead, coach, and develop our team of Outside Sales Representatives.As a growing company with ambitious plans for the future, Jendco is investing in the people and capabilities needed to support our continued expansion. Coach, mentor, and hold Outside Sales Representatives accountable through regular feedback, field ride-alongs, and performance development.Drive profitable growth. Guide the team in achieving revenue, margin, new business, and account growth objectives.Execute sales strategies. Develop and support effective territory plans, prospecting activities, and customer account strategies.Manage sales performance. Use KPIs, CRM data, and pipeline reviews to identify opportunities, improve sales execution, and address performance gaps.Build customer relationships. Partner with representatives on key customer visits, complex opportunities, and strategic account development.Strengthen team execution.
