All Points, a Hillman Company, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth across the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) market. This field-based role focuses primarily on new business development while maintaining and expanding key customer relationships throughout the Tampa to Fort Myers territory.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who understands the construction industry, enjoys working directly with customers, and is motivated to build and grow a territory.

Position Summary

The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for driving territory growth through a blend of 80% new business development (hunting) and 20% account management (farming). Success in this role requires building relationships, uncovering customer needs, and delivering value-added solutions to construction, industrial, and commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory growth strategy to acquire new customers and increase market share.
• Prospect, cold call, network, and conduct in-person customer visits.
• Build relationships with contractors, builders, industrial accounts, facilities teams, and construction professionals.
• Identify customer challenges and recommend fastener, hardware, inventory management, and supply chain solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and business reviews.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing recommendations.
• Partner with internal sales and customer service teams to ensure exceptional customer support.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers while prioritizing new business development.
• Track sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions.
• Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
• Travel throughout the territory to support customers and uncover new opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
• 3+ years of outside sales, business development, or account management experience
• Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory
• Ability to complete up to 4 weeks of training at All Points headquarters in Pompano Beach, FL

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling into construction, industrial, contractor, building materials, fastener, hardware, MRO, electrical, roofing, storm protection, or related industries
• Proven success prospecting and developing new business
• Experience selling B2B products and solutions
• Knowledge of fasteners, anchors, hardware products, or construction applications
• Experience working with contractors, builders, distributors, facilities maintenance teams, or industrial customers

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Frequent travel within the assigned territory, including job sites, offices, warehouses, and distribution facilities
• Ability to occasionally lift and move products weighing up to 70 pounds
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle safely and maintain required insurance coverage
• Occasional overnight travel may be required
