Are you looking for a career in the industrial process control industry? Warden is looking for an outside sales representative to join our team to cover the Arizona territory.

Job Description:

Outside sales representatives will grow sales numbers for a given territory, interfacing with our customer base. This involves visiting customers onsite to provide solutions for industrial systems, including but not limited to the following.

  • Visit new and existing customers on site to develop business opportunities
  • Meet with all levels in the facility, including planning, maintenance, purchasing, safety, and engineering
  • Review application parameters to properly select products and services best suited to a customer's needs
  • Troubleshoot systems in the field
  • Assist with startup and commissioning of systems
  • Perform steam trap surveys and thermal assessments
  • Work with factory personnel to grow sales.

Training for technical aspects will be provided.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other sales personnel
  • Multi-tasking and task-tracking as you will have multiple work streams at any given time
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to understand process control equipment

This is a full-time position and hours of work and days are typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job responsibilities demand.
