Outside Sales Representative – B2B

Job Summary

Avera Payments brings over 15 years of industry experience helping businesses find better payment processing solutions. We're looking for motivated, self-driven individuals to join our team as B2B Outside Sales Representatives.

You'll work directly with local business owners to review their payment processing needs, present tailored solutions, and build a portfolio of merchant accounts. With flexible scheduling, sales training, mentorship, and ongoing support, you'll have the opportunity to grow your sales business and develop long-term residual income.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position with commission-only compensation, uncapped earning potential, and residual income paid in perpetuity.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and connect with local business owners and decision-makers.
• Present payment processing, merchant services, and point-of-sale (POS) solutions.
• Identify opportunities for businesses to improve processing costs and service.
• Build lasting client relationships and grow a portfolio of merchant accounts.
• Manage your own schedule, sales pipeline, and business development activities.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone or tablet for sales and communication.
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with business owners.
• Self-motivated, organized, coachable, and comfortable working independently.
• Previous sales, B2B, merchant services, or payment processing experience is a plus, but not required.
