Company Overview EverLine Coatings and Services of The Lowcountry is a locally owned rapidly scaling commercial service franchise brand is looking for an experienced, reliable, and proactive Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Charleston. In this position, you will have the opportunity to develop your own sales territory by developing relationships with new customers to drive business for our asphalt services.
The Outside Sales Representative will be an ambassador of EverLine, adhering to our DRIVEN values. A successful Outside Sales Representative will have a high drive to build new relationships, act with proactive urgency, and desire to be a part of a small and growing team. Experience in the construction industry or property management is helpful, it is not required. This opportunity has direct exposure to local ownership and the ability to grow throughout the lowcountry.
This role is eligible for a base salary, company vehicle, and uncapped bonus potential tied directly to closed business.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Build and maintain sales pipeline of potential customers by developing relationships with property managers, general contractors, commercial building owners, HOAs, industrial owners, and other commercial prospects.
- Maintain sales volume by keeping up to date with industry supply and demand levels, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Utilize Hubspot to maintain pipeline and track opportunities
- Communicate effectively with potential customers, providing superior Customer Service.
- Coordinate and communicate with management frequently to generate leads and sales.
- Submit sales activity reports and updates to management and maintain clean, updated records for all leads and customers.
- Utilize previous sales experience to create connections and generate leads.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and DRIVEN values to provide accurate representation of the Company.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS - Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sales - Preferably B2B sales, construction sales, or real estate business development
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role; candidates with a diploma or a degree in related fields are considered an asset
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills with a desire to exceed customer expectations
- Ability to problem solve effectively and anticipate customer reservations or inquiries
- Strong work ethic with the drive to attain and exceed targets
