Outside Sales Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Roofing, Siding, Drywall and painting Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, conducting roof inspections, and closing sales. Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect, develop, and maintain client relationships in residential and/or commercial markets
• Present product and service options to clients
• Prepare and deliver proposals and follow up to close deals
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to contract signing
• Work closely with project managers and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience (roofing, construction, or home improvement industries preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
• Comfortable working in the field and conducting roof inspections
