This role visits jobsites evaluates project needs prepares accurate estimates and proposals and works closely with operations to ensure a smooth transition from awarded work to field execution. Success in this role means building trusted partnerships providing accurate and timely solutions and helping ensure field teams have the information and support needed to deliver safe reliable access solutions.EXPERIENCEEDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Four years experience working in outside sales estimating business development or customer-facing environment. Experience in scaffolding shoring industrial construction field operations and supporting project handoff or a closely related field. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings plans specifications and jobsite requirements.Proficiency with standard business software and willingness to learn estimating CRM and project management systemsStrong organizational skills attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities deadlines and follow-up activities.Self-motivated professional comfortable working in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.Strong verbal and written communication skills including relationship-building presentation and negotiation skills.Valid state drivers license and ability to travel locally and regionally to clients and worksites ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Build develop and maintain strong customer relationships with general contractors MEP contractors industrial clients specialty trades superintendents project managers and other key decision-makers.Identify new sales opportunities through jobsite visits networking referrals prospecting and ongoing customer contact.
