Job Title: Outside Sales Executive

Salary: Base $37,200. Earing potential $90,000. Per year

Responsibilities
- Source and develop new customers across designated geographic region(s) through door-to-door product and service introductions
- Utilize key industry terminology coupled with information about the companys products and offerings to be able to pitch customers in a knowledgeable, confident manner
- Create and deliver compelling sales pitches to generate new leads
- Complete all paperwork associated with a new sale and/or customer
- Main accurate CRM data to ensure that all customer touchpoints are accurately captured as part of individual historical record
- Provide ongoing communication and regular updates to the sales management team i.e., daily door knock reports, dispositions and weekly work plans
- Coordinate and collaborate with marketing on the preparation of sales strategies
- Contribute to a larger team by meeting set goals, as outlined
Qualifications
- Positive, can-do attitude a must
- Be organized, productive, persistent, and confident i.e., overcome challenges to close sales and manage/grow the customer pipeline
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Prioritize customer experience and longevity through memorable, personalized interactions stay one step ahead of the customer!
- Highly efficient with time management, documentation and recordkeeping
- Understand that this team works as a collective unit be open and flexible to ideas
- Operate with a strong ethical and moral compass
Compensation
- Base Salary of $37,200 plus commission. Earn up to $90,000 per year.
