Laurel Signarama is looking for a motivated, tech-savvy Business Development & Outside Sales Representative to help grow our customer base and generate new business opportunities.


We are looking for someone who understands modern sales prospecting and can leverage AI tools, platforms like Apollo.io, LinkedIn, and email automation to identify potential customers, reach decision-makers, and generate qualified leads.


The ideal candidate combines technology-driven prospecting with strong communication, relationship-building, and in-person sales skills to turn opportunities into customers.


Key Responsibilities

• Use Apollo.io, LinkedIn, AI tools, and other platforms to identify and research potential business customers.
• Develop personalized email campaigns and automated follow-up sequences.
• Connect with business owners, property managers, contractors, and other decision-makers.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule customer meetings and site visits.
• Understand customer signage needs and present appropriate solutions.
• Prepare proposals, follow up on quotes, and convert opportunities into sales.
• Maintain customer relationships and manage leads through the sales pipeline.
• Achieve established sales targets and contribute to business growth.

What We Offer

• Base Salary: $60,000 annually
• Performance-Based Commission: 5%–10% on qualifying converted sales

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation.
• Familiarity with Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar prospecting tools.
• Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
• Experience with email marketing, automation, and CRM platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
• Comfortable meeting customers in person and conducting site visits.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
