Outside Sales Representative

Malouf Home is growing, and were looking for sales professionals who want to own their territory and get paid for what they build.

This is a 1099, commission-based role designed for people who dont need hand-holding - just a great product, a real opportunity, and the autonomy to run with it.

What youll be doing

• Prospecting and meeting with retail buyers, specialty stores, and wholesale accounts across your territory
• Growing and nurturing an existing customer base
• Identifying new opportunities and connecting the right partners with Maloufs product lines
• Managing your territory independently - you set the pace

What were looking for

• A relationship-builder who also knows how to hunt for new business
• Strong communicator and self-starter - coachable, goal-oriented, and motivated by results
• Prior outside sales or B2B experience preferred
