Outside Sales Representative

Summary:Qualitrol is looking for an experienced Sales Representative in multiple territories, primarily serving the Pittsburgh area. This position will be responsible for supporting the sales and growth of industrial electronic repair services. Prospect for new clients through cold calling, networking, and lead follow-upConduct market research to uncover sales potential and understand customer requirementsConsult with clients to identify their automation repair needs and challenges, analyze needs, and propose effective solutions using Qualitrol's service capabilities.Develop and deliver compelling presentations showcasing Qualitrol's repair capabilities and servicesTrack sales and financial data, generating regular reports for managementRepresent Qualitrol at trade shows and industry conferencesNegotiate and close deals, addressing customer concerns and objectionsCollaborate with internal teams to achieve optimal results for all assigned Qualitrol customersGather customer feedback and share insights with relevant departments

Qualifications

Proven success in a technical sales role or related field, preferably within the automation/ industrial electronic repair industryHave a solid understanding of local area networking and territory management, including concepts and standards needed to sell and manage electronic repair and equipment sales.Excellent communication and presentation skillsStrong understanding of industrial automation principles and applicationsAbility to translate technical concepts into clear and concise language for customersExperience identifying customer needs and proposing technical solutionsProficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with a plus for Salesforce experience.Passion for sales and a commitment to achieving resultsSelf-motivated with a results-driven approachAbility to learn quickly and stay up-to-date on industry trendsExperience selling to industrial, manufacturing, fulfillment, or food processing companies a plusBachelor's degree in engineering, a related technical field preferred, or equivalent work experience

Travel: Ability to travel by vehicle daily and overnight 15%-30% in the U.S. assigned territory as needed to meet growth and customer needs.
