Express Employment Professionals is looking for an energetic Outside Sales Representative to help grow our client base throughout the Pittsburgh area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in sales. We are willing to train the right person.

What You'll Do

· Visit local businesses to introduce Express Employment Professionals and our staffing services

· Generate new business through in-person prospecting and cold calling

· Build relationships with decision-makers and business owners

· Follow up with prospects through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits

· Track activities and contacts using company technology and software

· Represent the company professionally in the community

What We're Looking For

· Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality

· Comfortable talking with new people every day

· Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and hustle mentality

· Customer service, retail, hospitality, recruiting, or other people-facing experience preferred

· Comfortable using computers, tablets, email, and business software

· Professional appearance and communication skills

· Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required

Compensation & Benefits

· Starting around $20 per hour

· Commission opportunities based on new business generated
