Outside Sales Representative (Roofing) - Project Manager Track

Ready for a sales career with no ceiling? Shamrock Roofing & Construction — a Top 40 U.S. roofing contractor — is hiring Outside Sales Representatives in Lake St. Louis to manage roofing projects from the first knock to the final walkthrough.

The role in short: You canvass, inspect, and educate homeowners; you write the contract; you see the project through to completion. It’s sales and project management rolled into one, backed by Shamrock’s systems, brand, and back-office support.

\n

Compensation: This is a 1099, commission-based position averaging $70,000–$150,000+ per year, with top producers clearing $200,000+. Supplemental bonus pay and team competitions are part of the mix.

Day to day:

• \n
• Prospect via door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and storm response (self-generated leads expected; some company leads supplied)
• \n
• Assess roof, gutter, and siding condition and walk homeowners through their options
• \n
• Close contracts and manage collections
• \n
• Own the project lifecycle from signed deal to completion
• \n

Ideal candidate:

• \n
• 18+ with a valid driver’s license; 21+ with a clean MVR if you want access to a company truck
• \n
• Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable working outside and knocking on doors
• \n
• Can climb a ladder, work on a roof, and lift 50 lbs
• \n
• Owns reliable transportation and a cell phone
• \n
• Strong communicator who can manage several moving projects at once
• \n
