Your Mission: Be the Problem-Solver Tampa Bay Depends On
Territory: Tampa Bay municipal market
Focus: Building long-term partnerships that drive mutual success
You'll be the strategic connector between municipal customers, engineering firms, contractors, and our expert technical team. This isn't order-taking—it's consultative selling where your technical knowledge and relationship-building skills directly impact critical infrastructure projects.
What You'll Accomplish:
• Own Your Territory: Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value municipal accounts with unlimited earning potential
• Technical Leadership: Present sophisticated equipment proposals and winning quotations for major bid projects
• Project Orchestration: Guide complex orders from initial inquiry through successful startup
• Strategic Growth: Identify and capture new opportunities while deepening existing relationships
• Solution Architecture: Translate customer challenges into optimal pump and equipment solutions

What We're Looking For
The Foundation:
• Bachelor's Degree OR 5+ years technical sales experience
• Proven track record in sales, marketing, or applications engineering
• Strong technical aptitude with mechanical and electrical systems
The Edge:
• Experience with centrifugal pumps and electrical controls/VFDs
• Project management experience
• Self-motivated with exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Business growth mindset with customer-first approach
• Proficiency with business applications and CRM systems
