Outside Sales Representative

Rise Internet is scaling fast across Texas, and we are looking for aggressive, relentless door-to-door sales reps who want to make serious money selling something people actually need. Our product is fast, reliable internet — in markets where most people are stuck with one mediocre option. That means every door you knock is a real opportunity, not a cold pitch for something nobody wants.

What You Get Paid

Base Salary
Entry-level field rep. Learn the pitch. Build daily activity. Start closing.

Team Overrides
Consistent performance, hitting minimum targets, demonstrated reliability.

Total Comp Potential
Top-tier commission rates. Priority territories. Exceed quota consistently.

Sign-On Bonus
Up to $1,000 bonus - terms apply

Who We're Looking For

• You hear "no" 30 times and knock the 31st door with the same energy.
• You want to be paid for what you produce — not for showing up.
• You're coachable, competitive, and willing to be held accountable.
• You have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation (car allowance provided).
• You can work outside in real weather — rain, heat, cold.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior door-to-door, retail, or commission sales experience is a plus — not a requirement. We've hired bartenders, trainers, coaches, military, athletes, solar reps, pest reps, security reps, and car salespeople who crushed it.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
