Starlite Windows & Cabinets is expanding its sales team and looking for an ambitious, energetic, and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to grow our business throughout the Northeast region of the United States.
We offer a competitive guaranteed starting salary, additional performance-based commissions, a monthly car allowance, and the opportunity to grow your earnings as you build your customer base.

Compensation & Benefits
- Starting Base Salary: $66,000 annually, paid weekly.
- Monthly Car Allowance: $500.
- Performance-Based Commission: Earn an additional 4% commission on eligible sales exceeding four times your monthly base salary.
- Commission payments issued every third pay cycle.
- Health Insurance: Company pays 50% of the health insurance cost.

Job Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities throughout the Northeast region.
- Visit contractors, builders, developers, remodelers, and other potential customers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Promote and sell our extensive selection of windows, doors, and cabinets.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and in-person visits.
- Prepare quotes, follow up with customers, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
- Maintain and grow existing customer accounts.
- Monitor competitors, market conditions, and new business opportunities.
- Work closely with inside sales and operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet sales goals and contribute to the company's continued growth.

Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Comfortable making sales calls and visiting potential customers.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.
- Excellent customer service and follow-up skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Previous outside sales experience is preferred but NOT required.
- Experience in windows, doors, cabinets, construction, building materials, roofing, flooring, or home improvement is a plus.
