Now Hiring: Outside Sales Representative

Location: Houston, TX 77053
Pay Rate: $44,000 starting plus commission
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Assignment Type: Direct Hire

Position Summary Your main responsibilities will include supporting our Sales and Service Representatives, providing customer service, and upselling products  Key Responsibilities

• Recommend products to customers based on customer needs and interests.
• Address customer questions about products, prices, availability, equipment, service, product uses, and credit terms.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations.
• Quote prices, and communicate contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
• Negotiate details of contracts and payments, prepare contracts, and obtain credit information from customers.
• Consult with clients after sales and contract signings to provide ongoing support.
• Prepare sales budgets, reports, and records.
• Train customers’ employees to operate and maintain equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable driving for long periods 
• Adaptability, strong work ethic, and an eagerness to learn and grow.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be 21+ as driving company vehicle 
• Valid TX Drivers license required 
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen, background check, MVR, and DOT functional physical. 
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience with Outside Sales, Business-to-Business (B2B) sales, prospecting, and cold calling with a proven record of consistently meeting or exceeding new business sales goals.
• Experience in industry-related businesses such as food service, hospitality, and laundry business is a plus.
• Strong independent work ethic with the willingness to support a team.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
